From initial planning through move-in assistance, we ask detailed questions so that we completely understand your personality and needs in order to build exactly what you want without surprises.

    1. Initial Meeting

    During our initial meeting we use this as an opportunity to understand your needs and determine further interest. We also take time to review and discuss plan and property options and discuss general pricing guidelines.

    2. Planning Meeting

    Stoneledge™ Properties (SLP) utilizes a detailed questionnaire to fully understand your specific home needs. We use the information gathered to establish an accurate cost basis for all aspects of construction; from initial plan/design cost thru final mailbox placement.
  • 3. Plan Development

    Looking for a stock plan or having difficulty locating a plan? We can help! Together we can guide you thru the plan selection process our plan resources and available Architect or plan designers can provide a fun and convenient path to selecting or designing your next "fine custom home". As part of Stoneledge Properties services we ask the pertinent and specific questions to help you "zero" in on the plan of your dreams. While providing guidance on resale-ability and value oriented design aspects! To summarize, we help to remove the apprehension about plan selection!
  • 4. Home Placement

    We utilize this time to evaluate the best on-site placement of your home; while taking into account things such as sunrise/sunset, tree density, topography, retaining walls, septic tank placement (if any), pools and detached buildings.
  • 5. Pricing Phase

    SLP takes all of the information gathered and presents you with a detailed price to build and a timetable of the construction process.
  • 6. Contracting Phase

    We present the contract for review and provide you with all related construction documents, specifications, and budgets.
  • 7. Construction Begins

    We verify with you; the exact placement of the home utilizing the Survey and Plat that has been previously drawn. After your comfort level has been met in regards to home placement the grader can begin.
  • 8. After Framing Walk Through

    We walk thru with you to discuss critical things such as: electrical placement, plumbing layout, HVAC placement, security, structured wiring, and cabinet design/layout. These steps are vital in order to provide the ultimate in livability and functionality.
  • 9. Pre-Close Tour

    After the home is complete and before closing, we introduce you to all aspects of the home and the related systems. We also use this time to perform the owners’ quality check, as our quality standards must pass your discriminating eye!
  • 10. Closing

    At the closing we present you with the complete photographic diary, home information manual, warranty booklet and the keys to your NEW CUSTOM HOME!
