Stoneledge Properties was founded by Chris and Meranda Bailey to fulfill a lifelong dream of building fine custom homes! Chris, from a second generation construction family began his career in the in the home building industry in1989. His experience includes an intimate knowledge of materials, processes, purchasing, marketing and sales. This extensive knowledge base allows Stoneledge Properties to provide clear, concise advice and direction on a wide range of products and construction methods available, allowing us to build the most detailed and intricate of projects while making the selection process simple and enjoyable.
Meranda has a keen eye for design and takes great pride in working as our design liaison to make the selection process fun! Serving as a Realtor® she has a wealth of knowledge about market trends, growth patterns, and schools. This information is invaluable for understanding market valuation.
