Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our STONELEDGE PROPERTIES built home. I am not an easy person to impress, yet you did it. It started the first time we saw your detailed brochure followed by the laminated instructions for the subs and don't forget about all the pictures you took and put on the CD. There are a lot of builders out there who throw together multiple homes using the cheapest materials; we know we spoke to some of them! The proof is with my neighbors who had one of those builders. Even though their home is much smaller our utility bills continue to be less month after month. They have had to have floor joists replaced along with insufficient heat and ac unit. Unlike when we call you to chat their builder takes days to call back and even longer to repair.

Someone asked me once what would you change and I honestly could not think of one thing!  You did not build a house you built a home! I feel like not only did we get a beautiful home but also made a friend. You never let us feel alone in the whole process. feel free to use us as a reference any time.        This testimonial is to address future clients of Stoneledge Properties. I am a seasoned S.C. licensed home inspector working the upstate of South Carolina and have inspected several properties that his company has built.

      Most new construction inspections are very time consuming; sometimes I think other builders are waiting for the home inspection before finalizing the home, when it should in fact be fully completed.

       The length of the home inspection report directly reflects upon the builder, even if the report is full of minor repairs.  I would recommend Stoneledge Properties to anyone for a custom Home. Our past building experiences made us a bit apprehensive about even considering building another home. That’s why we came really close to building ourselves but realized that we didn’t have time or the resources to do the job effectively. We also didn’t want a home that looked like an amateur built it as it does in so many subdivisions!
